What we collect and why

• Your selfie, only to find the event photos you appear in. It is sent to our photo search provider, compared once, and deleted. We do not keep it.
• Event photos taken by PAL PRODUCTION at the event you attended, on behalf of the event organiser.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to message us to receive your photos. We use it to send your photos and reply to you, nothing else.

Who processes the data

• 9Pic AI, our photo hosting and face search provider. Data location: [region, from your 9Pic agreement].
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), to deliver messages.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.

How long we keep it

Selfies: deleted right after the search. Event photos and the link to your results: [e.g. 3 months] after the event, unless the organiser agrees otherwise. WhatsApp messages: as long as the chat exists on your phone.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove photos of you, delete your data or stop messages at any time by writing to [privacy email] or replying STOP on WhatsApp.
